If he can't spell my name correctly, what will he do with the names of of my guests? Plus, if he misspells my name differently 5 times, I can't even say he's consistent...<br /><br />Rejected a candidate for a middle management position after she had been interviewed by the Head of Department and I was doing the second interview, because she had her bluetooth mobile phone earpiece in during the interview and wore way too much perfume (I stilled smelled like a perfume shop at the end of the day).<br /><br />Rejected a candidate for a sales position because he arrived wearing old jeans and a t-shirt. Actually, he also arrived late and I didn't reject him straight away - I asked him whether he would like to come back and try again as maybe he wasn't having a very good day - at the same time I pointed out that we are a hotel company and dress obviously matters.
